I advocate clean and healthy food with no additives. Every recipes and tips I publish on my blog, on my Instagram and in my e-books are fully vegan, dairy free, wheat free, sugarfree and free from additives and e-numbers.
I also recommend organic products since there are scientific evidence that many (if not all of them?) procucts are sprayed with major pesticides.
